Flow Right HVAC Positions:

Flow Right Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric has HVAC Service Technician jobs available for experienced, independent, and reliable team members. You’ll provide repair and maintenance services to customers of the Company. 

Each Service Technician is expected to professionally represent the Company with the customer. Additionally, they must provide excellent customer service and deliver quality workmanship. The goal of the technician should be to ensure the customer hires the Company again and refers the Company to others.

Working hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Additional hours as required.

HVAC Technician Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned tasks and provide detailed invoices for labor and materials.
  • Deliver professional, courteous, and high-quality service to customers across all residential and commercial HVAC jobs.
  • Position assumes the role of Project Estimator when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with inspectors, suppliers, and co-workers to ensure jobs are completed to company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Attend mandatory division meetings and review meeting minutes if unable to attend.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • EPA Universal license is preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) plus years of experience in HVAC service (providing repair and maintenance services for heating/cooling/refrigeration problems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments)
  • Professional, personable, and customer-oriented.
  • Knowledge of local mechanical codes.
  • Ability to work effectively with inspectors, suppliers, and co-workers.
  • Ability to provide and adjust job estimates based on jobsite conditions.

HVAC Service Technician Salary:

Compensation for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, licensure and skill level. The HVAC service technician pay range listed below is a combination of a base hourly wage rate along with an opportunity for cash incentive.

Compensation:

$45,000-$90,000 per year
